Wire Rope Tensioner: 1. After ensuring that all connections are correct, begin to operate the handle back and forth. 2. Tightening the rope: Turn the handle in the direction indicated as “Tighten” (usually marked with the word “IN” or an arrow pointing towards the body of the device). With each turn of the handle, the wire rope will be tightened a little bit, and you will hear a “clicking” sound as the pawl mechanism engages to lock the rope in place. 3. Returning the handle to its original position: After tightening the rope, turn the handle back to its initial position to prepare for the next adjustment. During this process, the pawl mechanism will prevent the wire rope from loosening. 4. Repeat the above steps until the wire rope is tightened to the desired tension.
