1. Before homework: you must "check three times”

·Check the environment and certification: Confirm that the environment is well ventilated, the equipment has a valid explosion-proof certificate, and the explosion-proof level exactly matches the on-site hazardous area zoning (such as Zone 1, Zone 2, or Zone 21, Zone 22). 

· Check the appearance of the equipment: check whether the hook, wire rope or chain, and brake are intact. It is strictly forbidden to use equipment with broken wires, deformation, corrosion or poor lubrication. 

· Check no-load operation: Before the official hoisting, a no-load test run must be carried out to confirm that the operation is stable, the braking is reliable, and there is no noise.
