This form is very common, and the core is to lay a good foundation.
1. Foundation construction: Excavate the foundation pit, tie the steel bars and pour concrete, and embed anchor bolts or reserve secondary grouting holes according to the position of the formwork. Note that you must wait until the concrete reaches the design strength (usually requires curing for several days) before subsequent installation, otherwise there is a risk of overturning. 2. Column installation: Use a crane to lift the column vertically, and align it with the anchor bolts and slowly place them in place. Use levels to correct the verticality from two directions, and the error must be within the allowable range. Tighten the nuts and perform secondary grouting if necessary. 3. Rotary and cantilever installation: Install the rotary sleeve and other devices on the column, and add grease to ensure flexible rotation. Then lift the cantilever arm and connect it to the slewing device, and tighten all bolts after adjustment. 4. Electric hoist installation: Assemble the electric hoist and trolley, install them on the cantilever track, and adjust the gap between the wheels and the track (usually 3-5mm). 5. Electrical and debugging: Connect the power supply and ensure that the grounding resistance is ≤ 4Ω for safety. After the installation is completed, conduct a no-load test run to check whether the running direction, limit switch and brake are normal.
