Precautions for Operating a Hand Chain Hoist

To ensure safety, please follow these guidelines:

· Overloading is strictly prohibited: It’s dangerous to overload the hoist. Make sure the weight of the item being lifted is well below the hoist’s rated capacity, leaving a 20%-30% safety margin.

· Check before lifting: Verify that the hook is securely attached (do not allow the hook tip to bear any stress). Also, check for any kinks in the chain and ensure it’s properly lubricated.

· Operate carefully: During lifting, no one should stand under the load. If you feel a sudden increase in the pulling force, stop immediately and investigate the cause.

· Prohibited improper operations: Do not modify the hoist without permission. Also, do not use external forces like motors to operate the hoist.
