1. Confirm the lifting point: The fixed point must be able to withstand the weight of the rated load multiplied by 2 (that is, the safety factor is 2), and it must be located directly above the heavy object when lifting vertically.
2. Installation and fixation:
· If it is hung on the lug: confirm that the welding direction of the lug is consistent with the direction of force.
· If it is hung on the beam/anchor head: hang the upper hook firmly and close the safety pin to prevent it from falling off.
· If used with sports cars: when adjusting the width of the pulley, the load-bearing hanging ring must be installed in the center of the load-bearing shaft.
3. Trial operation:
·No-load test: Pull the zipper strip to check whether it is flexible and whether it is stuck.
· Load test: Suspend a heavy object with 1.25 times the rated load, about 10cm from the ground, keep it for 10 minutes, and check that there is no deformation or slippage to pass.
