① Check before starting up: Touch the steel wire rope to ensure there are no broken strands, press the limit switch, and inspect the safety latch of the hook. Before operating, check the steel wire rope, hook, and limit switch to confirm they are in good condition. ② Conduct a no-load test run: Press the upward button with your finger; rotate the boom back and forth once as a no-load test, moving it up and down once while listening for any abnormal noises. ③ Attach the lifting device: Align the hook with the lifting eye, fasten the safety latch and lock it in place. Ensure the hook is properly aligned with the lifting point and that the safety latch is locked. ④ Test lifting off the ground: Lift the load slowly until it is 10–20 centimeters above the ground, then pause to check if it is moving smoothly. ⑤ Perform the actual lifting: Raise the load at a steady speed to the desired height; once it is moving smoothly, continue raising it to the specified height. ⑥ Rotate and move: Move the boom at a steady speed so that the load moves smoothly. Never stop or rotate suddenly. ⑦ Lower slowly: Lower the load gradually until it reaches the ground, then place it down carefully. ⑧ Release the hook and finish: Unfasten the safety latch, raise the hook to a safe height, press the emergency stop button to cut off the power supply. After the load is securely placed, release the hook, raise it to a safe height, and turn off the power before returning it to its original position.
