Introduction to 13mm Hoisting Chain: 1. Cutting: Cut alloy steel rods according to length. 2. Chain Linking: Bend and weld the steel rods into chain links using a large-scale chain linking machine. Welding is a critical process that must ensure full penetration without defects. 3. Heat Treatment: This includes quenching (to increase hardness and strength) and tempering (to eliminate internal stress and increase toughness). This is the core link that determines the final performance of the chain. 4. Proof Load: Apply a tensile force to the finished chain that is higher than the working load but lower than the breaking load (usually twice the Working Load Limit, WLL), to eliminate residual stress, detect defects, and "shape" the chain. 5. Inspection: This includes non-destructive testing (such as magnetic particle inspection) to check for surface and near-surface cracks, as well as mechanical property tests to ensure that the load meets standards. 6. Surface Treatment: Treat according to requirements, such as galvanizing, bluing, or oiling.
