Wire rope electric hoist operating steps (standard process)
1. No-load test machine - inching up, down, left and right (sports car)
- Confirm that the action is consistent with the button, there is no jamming, and the limit is effective
2. Lifting - the hoist is moved directly above the heavy object
- Drop hooks and secure spreaders/rigging
- Inching up, hoist about 10cm from the ground and stop
- Check: braking, binding, balancing, wire rope status
3. Lifting - rising and moving at a constant speed
- Cable-staying, diagonal lifting and overloading are prohibited
- It is strictly prohibited to stand under heavy objects or pass over people.
4. Place - Move directly above the placement point
- Slowly inching down and landing smoothly
- Unhook and confirm detachment
5. End of operation - the hook rises to more than 2m (anti-collision)
- The hoist stops at the designated position
- Cut off the main power and return the button to its original position
