Hand chain hoist, also called fairy hoist, chain hoist, etc., is a kind of manual lifting machinery that is simple to use and easy to carry.
Here is an introduction about it:
- Structural composition: Mainly composed of hooks, lifting chains, hand sprockets, friction plates, ratchets, pawls, brake seats and other components. Among them, the hook is used to hang heavy objects, the lifting chain connects the hook and the lifting sprocket, the hand sprocket drives the internal gear to rotate through human pulling, and the ratchet friction plate one-way brake can brake on its own under load.
- Working principle: Pull the manual chain, the hand sprocket rotates, and the friction plate, ratchet wheel, and brake seat are pressed together to rotate together. The five-tooth long shaft rotates the plate gear, the four-tooth short shaft, and the spline hole gear, thereby driving the lifting sprocket to rotate, allowing the lifting chain to lift heavy objects smoothly. When descending, pull the hand chain counterclockwise, the brake seat is separated from the brake pad, the ratchet is stationary under the action of the pawl, and the five-tooth long axis drives the lifting sprocket in the opposite direction to realize the descent of the heavy object.
