n-depth maintenance of hand chain hoist
· Internal cleaning: Disassemble the casing and carefully clean gears, bearings and other internal parts with kerosene to remove old oil stains and wear impurities.
· Comprehensive lubrication: After cleaning and completely drying, apply new calcium-based grease or butter to gears, bearings, sprockets and other transmission parts.
· Special attention: When refueling, avoid lubricating oil from contaminating the friction surface of the brake (brake pad), otherwise it will cause the brake to slip and fail, which is very dangerous.
· Assembly test: After reassembly, be sure to perform a no-load test (repeatedly pull the load several times), and then select a safe site for the rated load test.
Confirm that the operation is smooth and the braking is absolutely reliable before re-use.
