Hand chain hoist braking system

The braking system of a chain hoist is an automatic load brake that does not require manual operation; it activates automatically as long as there is a load, ensuring safety and reliability. The system mainly consists of two parts: - Friction pads: These are installed near the gear shaft and are designed to withstand the pressure exerted by the heavy objects. - Brake housing (or brake mechanism): When the heavy object begins to fall, the brake housing immediately presses against the friction pads, generating a large amount of frictional force that stops the entire system in an instant. When you pull the handle upward, the hoist lifts the load; when you pull it horizontally, the hoist moves without any load; and when you pull it downward, the brake is released, allowing the heavy object to descend under controlled conditions. This design ensures that at any time, as soon as you release the handle, the heavy object will be immediately locked in place.
