1. Hydraulic System Inspection
Oil Level Check: Regularly check if the hydraulic oil is sufficient (the oil level is usually indicated by an observation window or scale on the side of the cylinder). If it is insufficient, add specialized hydraulic oil (such as ISO VG15 or 32) promptly.
Leakage Check: Observe whether there are leaks from the cylinder, hoses, or seals. Any leakage requires immediate replacement of the seal or repair. Lifting Test: Press the handle while unloaded to test if the forks can be lifted smoothly. If lifting is jerky or weak, it may require venting or replacing the hydraulic oil.
