Explosion-proof hoists need to be regularly maintained

Explosion-proof hoists require regular maintenance (generally recommended once a month or quarterly, more frequently for high-intensity use). 1. Comprehensive cleaning: More thorough than daily cleaning, disassemble the shell (if designed to allow and operated by qualified personnel) to clean internal sprockets, gears, braking mechanisms, etc. When disassembling, be sure to protect the explosion-proof joint surfaces! 2. Thorough inspection: Chain: Inspect the condition of each chain link carefully, measure the wear at key positions (such as the diameter of the links), and determine if replacement is needed. Check if the connecting rings (if any) are reliable. Hook: Inspect the dangerous section wear more closely, measure the change in opening size, and check if the threaded connections (if any) are tightened. Sprocket/Gear: Check the tooth wear, ensure proper meshing, and look for pitting or flaking. Braking system: Check the wear level of the brake pads (ratchets, friction plates), whether the spring tension is normal, and if the ratchet and pawl engagement is reliable without skipping teeth. Bearing/Gasket: Check if rotation is smooth, free from abnormal gaps and noise.
