When using rope clips, the number and spacing must comply with specifications. · Safety circle: Be sure to adjust the lower limit to ensure that when the hook drops to the lowest position, no less than 3 circles of wire rope (except the fixed ring) remain on the drum. This is the last line of defense to prevent heavy objects from falling. · Routine inspection: During use, if the wire rope is found to be broken, deformed, reduced in diameter, or abnormally large in oil (precursor of breakage), it must be stopped immediately for inspection.
