Explosion-proof hand chain hoist lubrication: Chain: Use a special explosion-proof chain grease (usually a low volatility, metal-free, with good penetration and anti-wear properties). Apply the grease evenly to the chain (especially at the link connections), then pull the chain several times by hand to allow it to fully penetrate. Finally, wipe off any excess grease from the surface with a clean cloth to prevent dust from adhering and forming combustible materials. Ordinary engine oil or butter are strictly prohibited! Bearings/bushings/gears/chain wheels: Add a small amount of specified explosion-proof grease to the oil hole (if available) or friction points. Avoid overfilling. Brake mechanism moving parts: Apply an extremely small amount of explosion-proof grease to areas such as ratchet shafts; absolutely do not let the grease contaminate the brake friction surfaces! Hook nuts/bearings: Add a small amount of explosion-proof grease to keep them turning smoothly. Principle: 'Small amounts, timely, in place', using lubricants that meet equipment requirements and regulations for explosive environments.
