Relay Synchronous Control • Principle: All the hoists that need to be synchronized are physically connected in parallel at the relay output terminals of the control cabinet. By pressing a button, power signals are sent simultaneously to the lift or lowering contactors of all the hoists. • Advantages: Low cost and simple circuit design. • Disadvantages: – Poor synchronization accuracy: Due to the aforementioned differences, the hoists may quickly become out of sync with each other. – Lack of error correction capability: The system is unable to detect or correct any positional discrepancies. – High impact during start and stop: The sudden start and stop of the hoists can cause significant shaking. • Suitable applications: For non-critical scenarios where high synchronization accuracy is not required, such as temporary or low-cost exhibitions.
